What would you do? 2 lots in Edinburg Texas

I am new to real estate, but I have 2 lots (land only) in Edinburg Texas. They are side to side in a gated community and they are around 5,000 sq ft each. Price of houses around the area are around 200K (similar size). Any advice on how the market is behaving in Edinburg or Mcallen Texas? 

What should I do?

Build house and rent? Build house and sell? Sell lots?

I would be happy to read your responses.
