Looking to purchase my first deal
Hey guys just starting out in my real estate investing. I live in Arizona and looking at a property in Iowa. It is a 4 plex with all separate utilities minus water. The link of the property calculator is here. Just wanted to run it by the community before I pulled the trigger.

@Jim Spatzenfeld maybe my numbers were off I was just throwing numbers in from realtor.com. I guess I will have to get a quote on that
