Hey all! I am new to Bigger pockets app but not so new to podcasts. I am 19 and currently getting my real estate license in Georgia. Looking to start off by investing in real estate to have passive income. Any ideas on how to get started?

Where did you start out and how much did you have in the bank when you did?
