Real-estate Side Gigs
What are good side gigs for real-estate that can be done while working a full time job? I have done nothing but study real-estate for the past couple of years, and I am wanting to learn more hands on/make some more money to invest.
I have a background in construction and currently work in construction management. I also have a good tow vehicle and don't have an issue working with my hands. I've thought about being a contractor, but I don't feel I have the experience to go out on my own.
