Flipping / and investment opportunities in Chicago Suburbs
I am currently looking for a real estate expert who can advise me on potential flipping/ investment opportunities in Chicago suburbs. I currently have 4 investment properties in Hanover park, south Elgin area. I am retiring next year and would like to get extensively involved in flipping/rental properties. I will provide the financing and have access to a group who can help me doing the rehab work for me. All I need is someone with a proven track record to identify properties which have a huge upside potential.
