VA Home Loan - Renovation Loans Now Available

I am not sure how many veterans we have on here but I thought this was incredibly interesting and helpful. So before our only hope to get a renovation loan would likely have been the 203(K) loan. The VA now is offering a loan to allow you to buy a home that needs renovations. I have not researched this too much yet, as I just heard about it today. But for myself I have been looking for duplexs and triplexs that the VA will allow me to get. Also, if you are someone that used a VA Home-loan to build a duplex or multi family please comment below I have some questions about that. (Even better if you are in the DMV area) Below is the link for the renovations loan.
