Gov AID firstime home owener
My brother is a teacher and looking to house hack. I am in the process to start my investment life. I would like to partner with my brother and use his house hacking option to get a lower rate loan. However, I’d like to know if he can still apply for any government aid for first time owner in a multi family property. Any thoughts?
