Seeking Bank Lender in (or near) Chester County, PA

Hi BP Community! We are new real estate investors in the Chester County, PA area looking to BRRR our first property. Can someone help to recommend a great bank relationship that they currently have in PA to do our lending/refinancing for our first BRRR deal? What are some other things that we should consider before we start interviewing lenders? Thank you in advance!
