@Tayler Martin It's just like any niche in real estate investing. It requires a lot of research and market value knowledge. Networking and being a people person is key to being successful as a mobile home investor. It still is very people oriented, just like real estate investing. I've been investing in mobile homes for over a decade. It has its ups and downs. But overall, its been quite profitable. Hope that helps!
