I'm looking for a local/national bank in the Memphis, TN / Fayetteville, NC and Charleston, SC that works with Investors to help grow a rental profile.

Do you already have rental properties? You'll have to contact small local banks to get a good feel for who to work with. I use Carter Bank & Trust in Fayetteville. The've been great. I've had loans for 7 properties through them. Easy to work with.
