Starting out in NE FL. Looking for local advice
Hello,
I am a local to the JAX area, with a day job, and trying to get my head wrapped around all this and start building my portfolio.
What areas would you do your best to stay away from? New to the area and I dont know the area well enough to make informed decisions.
