Long Distance Rental Hacks
Any insights are welcome!!! What are some hacks for long distance rentals? Currently helping out a family member whose property is out of state (5 unit multi family). They are old school and have had trouble collecting rent through mail. I figured zelle would suffice and maybe the "rent ready" i hear about which incentivizes the tenant to build credit at the same time as make on-time payments. Any other tech savy/remote stuff to consider? Thanks
