SELL and Reinvest? Advice, please!
Hi Bigger Pockets community! I am looking for some investment advice…
I currently own one single family home as a rental property. It was gifted through family. It’s free and clear. 1800/mo. B-/C neighborhood. I am considering selling it and my realtor said we would list at $399k-
I figured it would be a good idea so I could pay off my student loans and other debt acquired from the pandemic. And I could reinvest the rest of the money- but I’m seeking advice from experienced investors as I am so new in this area.
Do you think this is wise? What would be the best way to move forward with the money made? Any tips and advice SO appreciated!
