BP episode# 493... How do you get deal flow without money?
I just finished listening to BiggerPockets podcast episode# 493. In the episode, it was mentioned that you don't need money to get into real estate.. specifically, you don't need money for deal flow either.
Are they talking about making offers on old MLS listings?
It sure isn't happening via cold calling. Your phone number gets blocked as "SPAM" nowadays. A year ago.. YES. But now.. NO.
Also, I'm referring about today's economy. This episode was aired back in June 2021, I believe. Unless, are they talking about overpaying for a MLS property, then relying on speculation?
