Want to Leave NY, but don't know what to do
I want to leave NY, and I am not sure what to do. On the thanksgiving vacation, I'm going to drive down to Florida, and look for a properties that I can live on one side and rent out the other. Hopefully is near the water. I currently own a home in NY, and I will have to sell in order to but because I know the market is fierce. I would love to speak to a real estate agent that own rental property that can guide me in the right direction.
