Looking for a mortgage with a Local Lender
Hello All - We are reaching out to some Local Banks to get pre-approved for investment property. We don't own a house of our own and are looking to purchase a property outside of our current residence of Florida. When applying for a mortgage I know to give only what they ask for. I'm assuming they will ask how this property will be used. Is there any scenario where this property can be considered a 2nd home?
