Successful Realtors: Does Direct Mail Marketing work?
I'm a newer agent still in my first year of the business. I'm planning for 2022 and have heard decent things about DM and from my research it appears to have good results and takes consistency with good info on the mailer.
If you are a seasoned agent and do not recommend Direct Mail Marketing, besides cold calling(already doing) what would you recommend to focus on?
