Hi All I want to buy a house and looking for a good realtor-lender in the Austin-Pflugerville Area. Current home is paid off and will become a rental. Would like to stay on this house for a couple of years and then make it a rental . Thanks 

1. Will be putting 20% Down

2. Budget 400,000-550,000
