Graduating Senior Trying to Perform a house hack
I hope this post finds you well and I appreciate the response!
I graduate in a few months, and am looking to purchase a home in Detroit to use for a house hack. This will be my primary residence for the next 2 years. Unfortunately, I do not have a steady stream of income, but high earning summers from summer internships.
I am currently looking for any roadblocks that I should be aware of, and/or a realtor to help with the home selection. I have a budget and plan.
