Looking for my first property
Hey everyone, I'm a newbie to real estate investing. But I've been researching for a couple years and I'm wanting to purchase my first investment property. I plan to purchase a quad-plex using a FHA loan, and I'm looking to purchase around the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area. Im wondering if anyone has a few good realtors they can recommend.
