Best books for RE Agent working with Investors & Rental Listings

Jake Cohen
Posted

Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone had on suggestions on books/articles/resources for a new RE Agent looking at 2 areas: apartment Rental Listing (in a major city, where you get 1 months rent for renting apartment), and being an agent for RE Investors.

I read the Bigger Pockets Guide to Being an Agent for Investors, but I was looking and couldn't find any other books similar to this. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm guessing most RE books focus on being a seller's agent or buyer's agent for retail clients, which is not what I want to focus on.

Also, I couldn't find any articles, blog posts, or books on how to be a good Renter's Agent for apartments. Is there a specific term I should be looking for? Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks so much!
