Need Agent to sell G-ma's home in Decatur, AL. ASAP! List $580k?

My kid's adopted grandmother (yes there is a "cute" story to that) needs to sell her house in Decatur AL. 1510 Southhampton Ct SE, Decatur AL, 35601.

Currently with a rookie agent who did a poor job handling the house. Contract with agent has expired. 

House Purchased for $260k. $120k of renovations done. There is about $20k - $30k of unfinished work. (Scam artist contractor, police report filed). 

House vacant as of 14 July 2022. G-ma is moving with us to Hawaii in 2 months.
