How to find rental houses that accept no credit history?!

Here is a challenge I'm having and hopefully someone might have an idea or answer.

I have a family as a client looking to rent a house or apartment. 4BE/2BA. But they don't have any credit history at all. They currently are at a home that has concerning levels of led and minors with them. Any solution to this problem?!
