Agents with 2 or more licenses

Hey guys,

I've had a NY & TX real estate license for a few years. I live in TX, but I'd like to use my NY license as well; I'm just not entirely sure how to without flying back and forth every month.

If you're an agent with licenses in multiple locations, how do you use them both?

Thanks, guys.

I am very interested in what other agents have to say to this question.

Right now I have plans to get my Texas license and use my Utah license in eXp's referral division to avoid paying extra fees in Utah. Are there other strategic ways like this one?
