Have any buyers in Trinity, TX?
Hello! My team and I are working on a property in the Trinity, TX area right next to lake Trinity (about 1.5hrs from Houston). It seems to be a great little hide away, but the town only has about 2k people and has had no significant population growth. From the data I've seen, there doesn't seem to be enough demand for STR/MTR's in the area and not much of a rental market. Is anyone familiar with the area and willing to speak to the trends of single family home prices in the Trinity area? Do you have any buyers looking in that specific area?
