Starting a Real Estate Career after retirement advice?

Danny Shaw
Posted

I'm retiring soon and thinking about starting a part time real estate career. Since I will have (social security salary restrictions) how does the industry work when it comes to minimum required hours? Can you turn down hours/potential sales if you're working for a brokerage? Or would it be best to LLC and choose my own minimums?
