Cold Calling Leads

Posted

Hello everyone, recently got my license and now I work for a brokerage. I am doing cold calls through MOJO and using their leads. The dialer is great (I can do about 150 calls per hour). However, that's not necessarily a good thing because there are a lot of numbers per lead and a lot of them are wrong. What is a good lead source with accurate data? I've heard Vulcan 7 is good, any others?

I've used various companies some that provide dialer and skiptracing and others where it's a separate dialer and separate skip tracing.

I've used: espresso agent, vulcan, redx, aircall, streams, smrtphone, cole realty, and others.

I think data from Vulcan is probably better, however, you see the same issue across all data providers. Nothing is close to very accurate. It becomes more about creating a database of good numbers. so you can make a higher-quality call.

That being said, the best I've seen it done by a high-income earner who was a big cold caller, mike ferry system, was using the wrong numbers to his advantage, and turning them into a conversation. This is probably geared more towards selling retail, but it led to a conversation and often a referral to someone the wrong party knew.

i.e. "Hi this is Fred with abc_company, is this Jim?... "no"... ooo, so sorry Jim, let me get you taken off this list here. There you go, by the way, do you have thoughts of buying or selling...".. or take it any direction you want.. but lead it to another conversation
