MLS

My Realtor, who is pretty sharp, says she cannot filter expired listings in the MLS. She says that it brings up expired listings all the way back to 2003.

Is there a way to filter the MLS expired listings that she may not be aware of?

Thanks!

I can filter expired listings through my MLS but most agents will take the listing off the night before it expires so nothing comes up.

Also I do not think all MLS's work the same, similar concepts but they may run differently. Not sure though. I would try to reach out to an agent using the same MLS and ask them.
