Tips to start as a part time agent before full time

Hello all,

I have a general question. If someone new got into the industry as a part time agent,  what would you focus on? Ideally, I think many new agents want to go full time but would like to build a pipeline and get systems in place before leaving the 9-5. What are some things you would focus on if you are new and planned on full time commitment in lets say 3-6 months? Thanks for all and any considerations.

Focus on generating leads. I balanced the two worlds at a W2 and a part time agent. My focus was on 5 qualified buyers at all times and looking for seller leads.
