Looking for an Experienced Realtor for Rural Airbnb Cabin Near North Cascades

Hi BP community,

I’m considering purchasing a turnkey cabin about 30 minutes from North Cascades National Park in Marblemount, WA (zip: 98267). The property is in a gated community and appears to be Airbnb-ready with solar and backup generator—great for a nature getaway.

I’m an active investor, but not local to the area. I’m looking for a seasoned agent familiar with Skagit County (especially Marblemount, Rockport, Concrete areas) who understands:

• Rural properties (off-grid, wells, septic, solar, seasonal access)
• Short-term rental regulations in unincorporated Skagit County
• Zoning/permitting nuances for remote mountain cabins
• Buyer-friendly agents who’ve worked with investor clients before

Preferably someone who’s closed deals in or around Marblemount recently or owns property in the area.

Any referrals, personal experiences, or tips on who to contact would be super appreciated!
