Looking For Investor Friendly Real Estate Brokerage in Connecticut

Hi All,

I'm a real estate investor in CT that recently passed my salesperson exam so I can run my own deals.

Looking for an investor friendly real-estate broker to hang my hat with. We should be very low-maintenance and don't require office space, CRM, training, etc. 

We will mostly be purchasing off market deals as cash buyers and then fix/flip or turn them into rentals. 

Would value any referrals or introductions to investor-friendly brokers. Especially if they are open to operating on a flat-fee per transaction model since we will minimal support.
