Do listing agents still show properties?

The listing agent CAN show the house without a signed agreement, to an unrepresented buyer. The NAR settlement spells this out. They cannot show the house to the buyers who have an agent, without that agent present. What would it take to get another class action lawsuit started?

this feels like a conspiracy to deny I represented buyers an opportunity to purchase without an agent
