Brokerage Firm Fees

James Lee

I just passed my CA real estate exam and I'm looking for an investor friendly brokerage firm in Orange County CA.  I am working in real estate on my spare time so my income will be minimal.

What kind of fees should I expect to be paying on average?

@James Lee Congratulations on passing your test. You don't list your city, so it's hard for anyone to give you any advice on specific offices, etc. Personally I don't know what people mean when they put "investor friendly" agent, office, etc. All real estate agents that are good work with their clients, and every buyer is investing in real estate.
