BPOs....Never Done Them Before
Has anyone here done BPO's before for REOs? I recently connected with a bank to list some foreclosures for them. They need BPOs first. I'm decent at CMA's, but they want adjustments on the comp properties to validate the market price for the subject property. It is sort of Greek to me.
