Looking for Real Estate Office for NJ License and soon for PA license.

I have difficulty finding office that meet the same interest as me. I want to hang my license and work with someone who can help me build my investment as investor. Also i want to keep my full time job. Can someone please help lead me to the right direction? I been talking to broker but none seem to be in my benefit. Please give me some recommendation.

Or maybe i'm not asking the right questions. I don't know. Please help! Feedback are much appreciated.
