Can you market Homepath properties like you can a HUD property?

I know that as long as you follow a certain template/guidelines you can market HUD properties as a realtor if you are not the listing agent.

An agent that I know asked me if the same can be done for Homepath properties.  I told him I have no clue, but I have this awesome forum I can ask.  Can this be done?  If so, is there anywhere on the Homepath website or anywhere else that says you can?  I looked online and couldn't find anything.
