Flat fee brokers in MA

Hi,

Newbie here.

I've spent a large amount of time looking for brokers in MA which only charge a flat fee per transaction with no monthly cost but have not had any luck. I am looking for a broker that also doesn't require agents to be part of the N.A.R.

If anyone knows of a broker in Massachusetts or nationwide who meets the requirements above, please let me know. 

I do currently have my license, part of an association group, and broker, however, I am only looking to invest my time in real estate part time.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
