Hello All,

I had a random question that I don't believe Ive seen on the threads.  If there is a property being marketed by a RE agent, and I ask the seller if they are willing to do Owner financing, does the RE Agent still get their commission.  I hope so, but not sure.  I am curious and want to make sure that I account for it in my numbers.  Thanks

Of course.  Just have to make sure your down payment is enough to cover the commission AND put money in the seller's pocket.  They sold the property and have earned their commission!
