Looking For Assistant Property Manager

As we look at our growth from 2015 and where we are going in 2016 we are looking to add people and roles to our management operation of our Chicago portfolio(Bronzeville, Washington Park, Wood Lawn, South Chicago, Calumet Heights, & Deering) under management.   We are looking for immediately.  Below is a list of tasks the role would fill but not limited to.

Rent Collections

Lease Marketing Coordination

5 & 10 Day Notice Doc Prep

Lease Renewals

Tenant Follow-up

Move In Coordination

Move Out Coordination

Appraisal Coordination

Property Walks

Employee would work from Bartlett(Western Cook County) Illinois at our main office in mostly an admin role but would spend 20% of their time in the field.  I would love to talk to anyone looking to be involved in Real Estate on a daily basis and eager to learn with a growing company.  Please email or PM any interest you might have.
