Hello fellow BPers!

My question is for the former real estate students. I would like to know more about Real Estate schools. I've been doing my research online but it left me a little bit more confused than before. First question is, does it make a difference if you take your real estate courses online or in a classroom? Also, if I get my Real Estate license here in PA and I move to another state like Georgia or Florida, will I have to take a test again for that state?

Please share any good/bad experiences you've had with any Real Estate schools. What should I be looking for when deciding on a school and any suggestions if any.

All feedback will be greatly appreciated!

I did my class online and it was great. The course was simple and the practice tests helped me to pass on the first attempt. If you move to another state you will need to get a new license in that state which typically means a new course and test. Does it make a difference to take it online or not? Depends on how you learn, if  you learn better in a classroom go that route, if you learn well online go that route. Make sure the online course qualifies as the proper education in your state before signing up for it though.
