Hello BP friends. This site is awesome!!!

Does anyone have referrals for an investor friendly agent in the Northeast San Antonio area?

I desperately need help with timely leads for short sales, REOs, and similar distressed properties. This market seems to be very competitive and I'm often too late on these deals. I'm primarily interested in SFH and small multi-family (duplexes, triplexes, 4-unit apartments). Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
