Looking for real estate agent in sacramento

Hello Real Estate Agents, 

My friend and are are interested in flipping in the Sacramento area and are looking for a real estate agent that has specific knowledge and experience in flipping houses. Neither one of us have ever flipped and this will be a new and learning experience and would like someone who will be able to guide us through the process. there is a lot of competition out there if it shows up on the mls. There is/was one locally in roseville that popped up that needed quite a bit of work & looks like it will go over asking with lots of offers. The margins seemed awful tight. Contractors who flip themselves have a leg up as they can reduce costs. You honestly may have to lower your expected profit & be happy with the knowledge you gain rather than the $ to even compete. The market right now is quite active is the first time home buyer/flipper market. Some other i think have or are trying to get lucky, bought a house in november/december, repainted it & trying to sel for $50k more. I havent seen those 2 close yet tho
