Whats up guys

Im a brand new investor in gainesville, fl looking to get into student rentals because I was a student for a while and at this point I cant say i know the market like the back of my hand and that i have all the tools and knowledge but 1 thing that i keep seeing is that if you wait till you know everything you'll never start so this is me starting lol. I really need an investor minded RE agent in my area. If anyone knows someone with a good track record and wont mind sharing i would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Piece of advice on RE Agents.  Have more than one and narrow them down as you work with them.  Nothing wrong with 'going exclusive' with an agent who knows what they are doing and works hard for you.  But if you're new it'll be hard for you tell who's good at the outset.
