I am reaching out to the BP community. I am looking for Investor minded Realtors in my area Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete. I need them to answer the phone when I call and to follow through with what we talked about. I have talked to a few realtors and I don't see the hunger in them and I am constantly trying to track them down. If you can lead me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Kevin Mika - I am a licensed real estate agent who focuses primarily on investing, but I am curious what your goals are. If you just want an agent to help you run a bunch of comps when you call you will have a hard time finding someone. Those do take time to run and we did spend time and money taking the test and paying for MLS access.

I say this because I have had a few people looking for "investment minded realtors" that just wanted me to spend time running comps for them. Great partnership for them, ended up being nothing in it for me.

I would be glad to speak to you in more detail, I am always lookout to partner with people on rehabs in our area.
