Ways to add income for part time agent, increamental income

Hi Agents, this is posted for a friend in GA. I'm in a leadership role and get asked lots of how to make money in REI. This time its a part time agent, has a full time job who gets some commissions a year as a buyers rep, but wants to add other small chunks of income as a part time agent.
