New Investors Seeking Agent in North Chicago

Hello,

My wife and I are searching for our first investment property. We currently own a condo in the Edgewater (60660) neighborhood of Chicago. Since our current property will cash flow nicely, we are looking to get started investing by moving into the next property we purchase, and renting our current property.

We have already been in touch with multiple banks, and have an idea what we can finance. We're looking for an investor focused real estate agent to help us move forward in our buy and hold investment strategy.

Ideally, we'd like to find a property in Edgewater or East Rogers Park as we love living here, but we're open-minded as we're newbies looking to get the ball rolling toward our goal of thirty properties in seven years.

Thanks for your time!

Cheers,

Brandon Seyferth
