Where to get licensed?
Hello everyone!
I am thinking about getting my real estate license. Mostly for the learning, and to have that as backup, and just something to do. Where do you recommend going to get it? I live in Washington state just outside of Seattle. There are thousands of online courses, ranging from 200-2000$. Does anyone have any suggestions on whether to take an in class course or online, or what else? Thanks everyone!
