Hi friends... I need some professional advise. I got my OH realtors license in 2015 simply so I could find and list my own deals. I haven't done a lot with it but recently have decided to change that. I do my own CMA reports and deal finding on the MLS as well as inspections for various banks on foreclosures. I would like to start offering my services to investors that may not have the ability (or want) to be boots on the ground in this manner. I have very good market knowledge and am a real estate investor myself so I know what investors are looking for in a deal typically. Can anyone give me feedback on what I should charge for this service or any helpful info on how extensive to make my reports that are given back to the client. Thanks in advance and if you have a need for this in Dayton OH area send me a PM and I'm open to any ideas you may have as I'm just venturing into this for the public.
