Investment-minded real estate agent needed - New Jersey
Hello!
I'm super new to real estate, and my boyfriend and I are looking to purchase our first home. We're interested in Essex, Union, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey, but open to other areas as well.
We are considering either purchasing a two family home that we can house hack, or go a slower route and buy a single family that we could later move out of and rent.
Any advice or recommendations for a good real estate agent we can work with (who has the knowledge and experience to look for areas/homes with our goals in mind) would be hugely helpful and appreciated!
