Agent to help with 203k SFH in Chicago
Hello BP! I am looking for a real estate agent who is familiar with the FHA 203k process to help my wife and I find a SFH in the northern Chicago neighborhoods or suburbs just north of Chicago. The rough idea is to buy a place as a primary residence but make it an investment at the same time by purchasing a distressed property and fixing it up creating forced appreciation through renovation. If anyone knows anything about this process or an agent I can talk to, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
